Setting up email accounts is easy.
Simply login to the control panel by clicking the "Account
Login" button above. For information on how to
login to the control panel, click
here. Once you are logged in click on "Add,
update or delete email accounts and aliases" Then
click on "Create New Email" and follow the
directions. You will receive an email shortly with instructions
on how to use your email account.

What is the size of each email
account?
Individual mailbox size is 60 MB.
Additional space per mailbox can be purchased separately
at $2.50 per 10MB of space per month.

Yes, You can complete our support
contact form or call 1-800-535-1322 to request additional
email accounts. Additional email accounts are 60 MB in
size. You will be billed 2.50 per month for each additional
email account.
Do you offer web based email?
Yes, Atlas Hosting provides a web based interface so you can
check your email from any computer with just a browser and an Internet connection!
Web based email is included with every hosting plan and is automatically set up
for each separate email account.
How do I login to my web based
email?
You can access your web based email
account by visiting http://webmail.atlashosting.com
and logging in with the email address and password for
your account.
Does Atlas Hosting offer Spam filtering & blocking?
Yes, Spam blocking and filtering is included with all POP and Webmail accounts.

What is your Spam policy?
Atlas Hosting enforces a zero tolerance policy against
sending unsolicited commercial email messages (UCE),
including the sending of "junk mail" or other
advertising material to individuals who did not specifically
request such material, who were not previous customers
of Customer or with whom Customer does not have an existing
business relationship ("email spam"). Customer
accounts who breach this policy will be terminated immediately.
For further detail please read section 3.4 of our basic
service agreement.
How do I set up a catch all email address?
A catch all email address accepts email for any address
that is not explicitly set up for your domain. Please
contact us via our support contact
form to request a catch all email address.
How do I add email aliases to my account?
Setting up email aliases is easy. Simply login to the
control panel by clicking the "Account Login"
button above. For information on how to login to the
control panel, click here.
Once you are logged in click on "Add, update or
delete email accounts and aliases" Then click on
"Create New Email" and follow the directions.
Make sure you only fill in the "email address"
and "route to" fields. Leave the password
field blank.
I am going on vacation, how do I set up a autoresponder?
Simply login to your email account via our webmail interface,
by visiting http://webmail.atlashosting.com
, with the email address and password for your account.
Click on "Pref" then place a check mark
next to "Auto Reply". Type your auto reply
message in the box below, scroll to the bottom of the
page and click "Save". |
