Adding a new account in Outlook Express
- Start Outlook Express.
• If this is your first time starting Outlook Express, the "Internet Connection Wizard" will automatically start, so skip to Step 3 of this tutorial
- Choose "Accounts" from the "Tools" menu.

- Select the "Mail" tab, then click "Add" and choose "Mail..."

- Fill in the "Display name" then click "Next >"

- Enter your "E-mail address" then click "Next >"

- Enter "mail.atlashosting.com" as the "Incoming mail server" and "smtp.atlashosting.com" as the "Outgoing mail server" then click "Next >"

- Refer to the confirmation email you received from Atlas Hosting to fill the "Account name" with your "POP3 Username", enter your "Password" and check "Remember password", then click "Next >"

- Click "Finish"

- If the "Internet Accounts" window is open, continue to Step 10, otherwise choose "Accounts" from the "Tools" menu, then continue to Step 10
- Select the "Mail" tab, select your new account, then click "Properties"

- Select the "Servers" tab, check "My server requires authentication", then click "Settings..."

- Choose "Use same settings as my incoming mail server", then click "OK"

- Select the "Advanced" tab, then change "Outgoing mail (SMTP):" to 587, then click "OK", then click "Close". Outlook Express is now ready to use with your new email account.
