What are website statistics?
Website statistics is data that our servers capture based on the activity of your website. This data is then compiled and presented to you in a graphical and tabular format. Website statistics trap important website activity such as: unique visitors, number of visits, hits, bandwidth, referring search engines and sites, search engine keywords, etc...

How can I view my website statistics?
You can view your web site statistics by visiting http://www.yourdomainname/webstats. We realize your website stats are important to you and only you, so you will have to login to view them using your FTP username and password. Raw log files of your stats are also available.

How do I know how much data I've transferred?
Once you have accessed your stats, total data transferred can be viewed in the general summary section of your stats.

How can I see how many people visit my web site?
Simply login to your webstats and view the daily and monthly activity.

How can I see what website or search engine refers visitors to my website?
Referral logs tell you the web site from which visitors reached your page. Referral information can be accessed via your website statistics as well.

Do I have access to my raw log files?
Yes, raw log files of your stats are available by visiting: http://www.yourdomainname/webstats/raw.logs/ or through FTP in your /raw.logs directory.
